Preface
The primary purpose of LanderUniversity is to provide an environment in which students can learn, discover, think critically, and utilize the knowledge, wisdom and values that will help the survival of humanity, and improve the quality of life for all.

To provide the environment and the opportunities whereby faculty, staff and students can learn and teach cultural understanding, become responsible and effective global citizens, and thereby becoming contributing members in a global community.
What We Do and Believe:
• We believe all individuals, regardless of nationality, race, or gender, are capable of leading successful and productive lives.
• We seek to attract and serve international students and those from diverse social, economic and ethnic backgrounds.
• We provide the opportunity to all qualified individuals who wish to pursue a college degree.
• We provide an environment in which international students can learn knowledge and skills, develop criticalthinking, and exercise informed decision making as they pursue a college degree.
• We seek to help students develop an understanding and appreciation for diversity in all cultures and peoples of the world.
• We foster responsibility in students by empowering them to take a major role in preparing for their on-campus and off-campus experiences.
• We provide services to hear concerns of all students, provide for their needs, and commit to help them achieve their goals.
• We will provide suitable housing with compatible roommates and host families.
