The Lander President Delegation is currently visiting Qingdao University, China to develop educational collaboration between two institutions. Many university officials cordially welcomed the delegation and President Ball and Dr. Park will make a presentation on Higher Education in the US and Importance of International Programs. We expect two universities will carry on an amicable relationship through many educational opportunities.
Lander President Delegation has departed to Asia to build strong relationship with current sister institutions and develop future partnerships with institutions in Asia. The delegation members are President & Mrs. Dan Ball and Dr. & Mrs. Sung-Jae Park. They plan to visit universities in South Korea, China and Thailand extensively in two weeks. Their first stop was Incheon National University (INU), South Korea, and they were warmly welcomed by President Choi and other deans. On top of that, they had a special reunion with former Korean exchange students who studied at Lander University. Ten former students all came to welcome President & Mrs. Ball and Dr. & Mrs. Park.
